CLEAR TOOLS. CLEAR TERMS.

Terms of Use

Last updated: 25 October 2026 · Private-preview draft

1. Who operates Filevori

Filevori is the name of this file conversion service. The legal operator’s name, business contact address and contact email have not yet been supplied for publication. This draft must be completed before a public commercial launch. You can send a support, copyright or privacy request through our contact form; that form does not replace required business disclosures.

2. Using the tools

These terms apply to the tools currently provided on this site. Read the format guides and warnings before you start. By confirming the agreement beside an export button, you agree to these terms for that use. If you cannot legally agree to them, ask a parent or guardian to supervise your use. Do not use the service if you do not agree.

The current tools are free. No paid subscription or payment collection is active. Google AdSense code has been installed to support advertising; whether ads appear depends on Google approval and advertising-consent settings. Any future paid service will need its price, renewal, cancellation and applicable consumer information explained before you agree to pay.

3. Your files and permission

You keep your rights in your files. We do not claim ownership of them. Only process files you own, are permitted to use, or may lawfully process under an applicable legal exception. You must have any necessary authority for personal data contained in them. The tools do not grant copyright licences or make an otherwise unlawful use lawful.

Do not bypass encryption, DRM, paywalls, access controls or account restrictions. Third-party platform terms can impose separate requirements even if you own a video or have copyright permission. Direct YouTube downloads are not connected. Filevori is independent of YouTube, Google and Microsoft.

4. Fair and lawful use

Do not use the service for unlawful content, infringement, harassment, fraud, malware, impersonation or unauthorised access. Do not attack the service, overwhelm it, evade limits or use the contact form for spam. Do not upload executable code or attachments through the contact form. We may restrict misuse or temporarily suspend a feature where reasonably necessary for security, legal obligations or maintenance.

5. Conversion limits and keeping originals

Processing happens in your browser. It can fail because of file contents, codec support, browser restrictions, memory or time limits. A listed extension is not a promise that every file using it will work. Size reduction may lose quality or make a file larger. Preserve your originals and check the result before sharing, deleting an original or relying on it.

Document and presentation text tools rebuild content: layout, images, charts, formulas, metadata, digital signatures and accessibility information may be lost or changed. Spreadsheet formulas are not recalculated; some formats use cached values. Image conversions may remove animation, HDR, depth information, layers and metadata. The detailed format guides form part of the tool description. This service is not designed as the sole copy or validation system for business-critical, legal, medical or financial records.

6. Contact and complaints

Use the contact form and choose Support, Copyright or Privacy. You receive a private reply link; keep it secret and save it yourself. There are no email notifications. Anyone holding that link can read, reply to or delete that conversation. The owner’s full inbox is protected by sign-in and server-side access checks.

For a copyright complaint, identify the work, the precise Filevori URL or feature involved, the basis of your rights or authority, and the action requested. Do not send passwords, identity documents, confidential file contents or unsupported allegations. We can review material we control; a browser-local file is not hosted by us. A complaint does not guarantee removal, a particular outcome or a response time. Your statutory remedies remain available.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Notice explains local file processing, contact-message storage, authentication and hosting requests. Contact messages are handled differently from conversion files. Please read it before sending personal information.

8. Responsibility and your rights

We aim to provide the tools with reasonable care and skill and describe their limitations clearly. Nothing here excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing removes your statutory consumer rights.

Where applicable law allows, we are not responsible for loss that we did not cause, loss that was not reasonably foreseeable when you used the service, or business losses arising from use of a service provided for personal purposes. This does not remove responsibility for foreseeable loss caused by our breach of these terms or failure to exercise the legally required care and skill. We make no promise of uninterrupted availability or compatibility with every file or device.

9. Changes and disputes

We may improve or withdraw tools and update these terms prospectively. The date above identifies the current version. Material changes will be explained on the site before they apply where reasonably practicable. Changes do not remove rights relating to earlier use. Contact us about a concern first if you wish; you remain free to use available courts, regulators and other statutory complaint routes. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or restrict the consumer protections or jurisdiction rights that apply to you.
